  • What are the conditions of the Refund Policy?

    We want you to be satisfied. If you aren’t, you can refund your item within 30 days of delivery to return your purchase.

  • I received my item Damaged/ Defective

    We work hard to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, but please understand that isn't always the case. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please request a Return or a Replace for the item.

  • I received the wrong item or an incomplete order

    If you are missing an item, or that you have received an item you didn’t order, simply report it by requesting a Return or a Replace for the item.
